The company was recently formed by Leanne Bekink after a successful tenure in the financial industry of 27 years with Investec Bank and thereafter Nedbank Private Wealth. For the last 4 years at Nedbank Private Wealth, Leanne headed up the Specialised Lending team concentrating mainly on financing commercial property transactions and residential property developments for high net worth individuals. She has had hands on experience with acquiring commercial property, having purchased and developed a large logistics warehouse in Airport Industria, together with other investors.
